The Obligatory "Best Of" List

This is the time of year to do a little reflection and not to hestiate in patting yourself on the back if you've done some good work.  (You have done some good work right?)

In the spirit of the season, I went back and reviewed all of my blog posts this year.  Including what you are reading right now, in it's inaugural year, the ThinkBlot blog has put out 44 blog entries.  (I can say with utmost confidence, you WILL see more next year.)

In reading the content, I had some cringe-worthy moments looking back, but a lot that I'm rather proud of as well.  I learned a lot, and that helps motivate me as we move into 2011.

And so I give you my favorite ThinkBlot posts of 2010.  Enjoy, and I wish you a safe and happy New Year!

Who Is Keeping Score?:  This post talks about not becoming complacent in client relationships.

Dishing On The Motivation Dip: A little bit of selling advice for keeping your customers engaged and happy.

Infuse Some Flavor: I don't want to read a bland blog.  You don't either.  So be original by being yourself.

Standing Up To Your Inner Critic: Anytime you are creating something new or embarking on a unknown path, that voice inside your head will try to stop you.

Commit to Just One Step: When you are making a change, don't freak out by thinking about how monstrous the task at hand may be.  Success means starting small.

The Imperfect Pursuit Of Perfection: I've probably referenced this post the most since I wrote it.  Because I am always trying to be a perfectionist.

Don't Doubt The Story You Have To Tell: This one was about motivating yourself to tell the story that's building up inside you.

Tapping Into tThe Middle Of The Customer Satisfaction Continuum: It wouldn't be a complete "Best of" list without mentioning my first video blog!
